Vanessa Hudgens to play Spider Woman?

Vanessa Hudgens, the Highschool musical star is allegedly in talks to play Spider Woman.

The actress, who dates Zac Efron, is said to be one of the front runners to play the leading role in an upcoming movie based on the comic book.

A movie insider stated: "The idea is for this to be a fun, comedic movie and Vanessa is perfect for the title role,"

They added: "Spider Woman is strong and sexy but in this case hilarious.Vanessa is apparently very interested in the idea,"

Efron, who Vanessa met on the set of the hit Disney film has also previously expressed his interest in playing Spider Man after it was announced that Tobey Maguire would retire from the role.

The Confessions of a Shopaholic actress — who recently married fiance Sacha Baron Cohen — fueled speculation she’s pregnant with her second child after she was photographed in West Hollywood with a baby bump.

Back in March, Showbiz Spy reported that Isla and Sacha — who have been a couple for over eight years and have a two-year-old daughter, Olive, together — were keen to have another child.

“Isla is from a large family and has always wanted to have lots of children,” a source said.

“She’d love nothing more than to have a little brother or sister for Olive now that she and Sacha are finally married!”

Fisher, 34, has previously revealed that motherhood makes her feel “sexier”.

“I definitely feel sexier after having Olive because even though everything’s going south and essentially ruined, I feel like I’m a real women now,” she said last year.

Teary Kate Gosselin voted off "Dancing With Stars"

Reality TV mom-of-eight Kate Gosselin was finally voted off "Dancing With the Stars" on Tuesday after five weeks of arguments with her partner and harsh criticism of her robotic style.

Gosselin had scored just 15 out of 30 possible marks for a stiff foxtrot this week to "Don't You (Forget About Me)" -- a performance that judge Bruno Tolini described as "catatonic" and more deserving of a post-mortem than a serious critique.

But after being saved by the public several times, the viewer vote this week put the former nurse bottom of the pile.

You are one tough cookie and you are no quitter," judge Carrie Ann Inaba told a tearful Gosselin.

"Thank you for believing in me, probably more than I believed in myself," Gosselin told the voters, apologizing for being a "cry baby".

Former "Baywatch" star Pamela Anderson just scraped through for another week after finishing in the bottom two again.

NEW YORK - A judge sentenced Michael Douglas' son on drug charges to five years in prison Tuesday, calling it his "last chance to make it."

U.S. District Judge Richard M. Berman announced the sentence after hearing 31-year-old Cameron Douglas apologize, admitting that he had squandered a lot of opportunities to turn his life around.

Michael Douglas appeared at the hearing, submitting a handwritten letter to the judge. "I have some idea of the pressure of finding your own identity with a famous father," the elder Douglas wrote. "I do believe out of this adversity he will be a positive citizen. I don't want to see him break."
