After getting her start as an international actress and model (in such cities as Capetown. S.A. Athens,Greece and Milan, Italy) Phoebe came to Los Angeles and has studied with some of the best coaches in acting such as Howard Fine, Micelle Danner/Larry Moss, Robert Easton,Joel Asner and Seth Riggs group for singing.
